1. realism: literary realism, in contrast to idealism, attempts to represent familiar things as they are
naturalism: a literary movement that emphasizes observation and the scientific method in the fictional portrayal of reality
neorealism: they set out to explore the spirit of their age through the shapes and colours of daily life
surrealism: a cultural movement that began in the early 1920s, and is best known for its visual artworks and writings. The aim was to "resolve the previously contradictory conditions of dream and reality into an absolute reality, a super-reality"
3. The Shawshank Redemption: a 1994 American drama film written and directed by Frank Darabont, and starring Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman. Adapted from the Stephen King novella Rita Hayworth and Shawshank Redemption, the film tells the story of Andy Dufresne, a banker who is sentenced to life in Shawshank State Penitentiary for the murder of his wife and her lover, despite his claims of innocence.
